21 Gables Chenin Blanc Magnum 2016

Made from certified Old Vines planted in 1983, this vineyard rewards us every vintage and has been internationally recognised every year. The palate is youthful but wonderfully luscious, refreshed by lingering acidity and a dense fruit core finish that provides complexity and texture. Our Cellar Master recommends this white wine as the one to age for up to 10 years to allow for nuanced flavour development.
